"Great experience! I walked in and was helped right away. I got a gel manicure and pedi, and it was great. My nails looks excellent, and they even gave me a little back massage while I was waiting for my nails to dry. Would definitely recommend!"

"Decided to try something different and asked for nail extensions. I showed them a photo of what I wanted and I’m so disappointed. When I asked for the stars at the end, they said they couldn’t do it. I wish they would’ve said that at the beginning because I would’ve changed the color or design. These are boring and I’m dissatisfied with the service. The pedicure was decent, but they messed up one part and didn’t fix it. The pics - what I asked for vs what I got (I didn’t want silver, I wanted a sparkly black. Only did one layer and it looks brown instead)."

"The worst experience I have ever had! I had a French Gel Manicure done here and three days later ate nutts and my tips turned brown. I went back to the salon and they refused to fix it and said it had to be from hair dye. I go to other salons all the time and get a French manicure and have never had this problem! They obviously have a polish quality issue and their view on Customer Service is horrific. They wanted to charge me for a whole new set of nails. Their prices are very $$ comparison to others. Don’t go here!"
