"As someone with sensory issues that make typical salon experiences overwhelming, frustrating, and even painful at times, finding Salon Opal was a true blessing. I have had countless disappointing and uncomfortable experiences at other salons due to my special requirements, but my visit to Salon Opal was a breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, I was met with understanding and empathy. I explained my sensitivity to cotton and the nail tech, who was incredibly accommodating and patient, assured me that my needs would be met. Throughout the entire appointment, she made sure I felt comfortable and at ease. The nail tech took the time to listen to my preferences and worked meticulously to ensure my nails looked exactly how I envisioned. Not once did I feel rushed or judged for my specific requests. Instead, I felt valued and respected as a customer with unique needs. After my exceptional experience getting my nails done, I was so impressed and delighted that I returned the next day with my sister for pedicures. Once again, the nail tech at Salon Opal went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was nothing short of perfect. She provided the same level of care, attention, and sensitivity that had made my first visit so special. Not only did she deliver beautiful pedicures without using cotton, but she also made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout the entire appointment. It was a rare treat to find a salon where my needs were not only accommodated but embraced with warmth and understanding. "Got a pedicure a few months back. I’m in need of another, so I'm back reviewing reviews. Salon was empty on a sunny Saturday, so that may be a good time to go! Everyone was very nice but that’s not very important to me compared to the skill/quality of the service. They don’t have a pedicure menu. My technician held up 3 boxes of pre-packaged pedi supplies and told me those were the options. When I asked the difference, I was simply told the price difference. I chose the middle tier as figured it was a safe bet. I classify nail salons into 2 categories. 1. I’m on edge based on the vibe that they may nick me on callus removal or cuticle clipping. Or 2. I feel completely relaxed and at ease as judging by the atmosphere, I would be shocked if that happened. This salon definitely fell into that first category for me. Nothing was nicked on my visit - just a metaphor. Overall, I would not go back. Wasn’t for me. Everyone in the reviews who gets the owner seems very satisfied, so maybe request her. Once again, everyone was very nice!"

"Salon Opal is the best, it's the only place I go to get my nails done. Jen or Danny do a great job always and they are so friendly! The place is clean and it's always a good experience. I was anti dip nails, because it was always so thick and I didn't like it, but they make it so it isn't thick at all and it lasts so long, I converted over! Highly recommend Salon Opal, you won't be disappointed!"

"Love this salon! Won't go anywhere else. Jen is so communicative and does a phenomenal job. My nail appointment for my wedding had to be moved due to severe weather and she was quick to find another time for my entire group to come last minute. Her GelX nails last forever! I've had mine on for a month and they're still going strong. Photos are from my engagement nails and currently what my wedding nails look like, 4 weeks later, to give an idea of how well they hold up!"
