Most recently, I had one of their newest hires cut my hair. While I cannot remember the gentleman’s name, he cut my hair with precision and care. His workmanship has received many compliments, unbeknownst to him!"

Went in today saw my name in the number 2 position and was ignored. 3 people behind me on the screen went before me. When I asked why this happened I was told I didn't check in. My reply? "My name is at the top of your list. When I came in you never stopped working just started calling other people." No apology. "Not our fault." Not the customer service I usually get. Not happy so I left."
