Most recently, I had one of their newest hires cut my hair. While I cannot remember the gentleman’s name, he cut my hair with precision and care. His workmanship has received many compliments, unbeknownst to him!"
"Normally I make an appointment on line. When I walk in I see my name on the screen and am asked if I checked in.. Went in today saw my name in the number 2 position and was ignored. 3 people behind me on the screen went before me. When I asked why this happened I was told I didn't check in. My reply? "My name is at the top of your list. When I came in you never stopped working just started calling other people." No apology. "Not our fault." Not the customer service I usually get. Not happy so I left."
