"As someone who does just basic polish it’s hard to find a place that treats me like a paying customer. Well not this place. Lara was absolutely lovely! So friendly from the very start, no judgement because I don’t do gel or designs. She did an excellent job & checked to make sure I was happy repeatedly. I also loved that my appointment was actually on time & they honored their online price list (this seems to be rare at other salons). I will definitely be back."
"Oh… my… GOD. I went to this nail salon to fix my nails after a horrible experience at ANOTHER nail salon. I was upset at having to spend more money so I went in with low expectations. Suffice to say - the difference is night and day. My nails are perfect, and I couldn’t possibly rave about Sammy enough. She was meticulous, detailed, funny, and sooo nice. If I could give her 10/5 stars I would. The shape of the nails is exactly what I wanted, the photo does not do the color justice (it’s gorgeous), and the nails are the thickness that I prefer. THANK YOU for making my experience so much better! If you’re looking for a new nail salon- this is it."
"Unfortunately, I was a bit disappointed by my experience here. I came in having booked an acrylic removal, and then a regular polish mani with a design on two fingers. I've only last month started getting my nails done, and this is the first time I ever got regular polish on them rather than gel or acrylics. My tech told me that she wasn't sure if she could do a design with regular polish, so she asked a few other people and one said that she could do it with gel, so I said we could do that. As she started putting the base coat on, the next client came in and my tech told me she wouldn't have time to do the design, because I chose gel and that would take more time. I decided to go back to regular polish and just get a single color on all my nails. However, I still felt a bit rushed - the application of polish was patchy (since it's a darker color), and some top coat pooled over the edge of my nail, causing some peeling. The tech put on two coats of color, and in my picture what looks like a shine on my pinkie nail is actually just my natural nail showing through. She told me to dry my nails in the dryer, but didn't tell me how long I was supposed to dry them for. She immediately moved on to the next client, so I was unable to ask. When I thought the nails were done, I went out to my car, but one of my nails immediately started peeling. I went back in to get it fixed, and I was glad they were able to put a third coat of color on to cover up the hole. However, now I have 9 patchy nails and one nail with a solid color."
"Wow just left my first appointment at the salon, and I am so impressed! Even with a last minute appointment, Sammy gave me the five star treatment. We worked together on accommodating the nail art design I wanted and it turned out so perfect. Affordable pricing for nail art as well, will definitely be coming back! Thank you Sammy!!"
"This is the best nail spa I’ve found in Denver! Everyone was so friendly and Bulan did a great job on my dip manicure. All the mail techs were welcoming to walk ins and those with appointments, which isn’t always the case at some salons. Bulan was really careful with the drill and made sure to be gentle since my natural nails are weak right now. All the nail techs were joking with each other and seemed to get along and spoke to each other in English (since I know sometimes people think they’re talking about the customers when they’re not speaking English). I can’t wait to go back. The price is $55 for dip mani + $10 for previous dip removal."
