"I’ve been a tenant renting a suite here at ULS since July 2022, and as a first time suite-user (long time independent stylist), I have to say it’s been such a pleasant experience! Everyone (staff and fellow tenants included) has been super kind, welcoming and supportive. And some of my chief concerns opting into suite-rental have been non-issues; there’s a full-time support staff to greet clients/offer beverages, an ample & comfortable waiting area and they even help with towels when they can. The owner, Lindsay, is a gem and truly cares about curating a supportive experience for her tenants!"

"This is such a cool concept for a salon. I found both my new hair stylist and lash tech here which very convenient! I see Caitlin (Caitlin Price) for my Hair and Caitlin (lashedbykai) for my lashes. One of the best haircuts I’ve gotten in my life and the best lashes that are exactly what I was used in Chicago! Definitely check them both out. The salon does validate garage parking but I’ve parked on the street easily too. Two pictures to show my bouncy fun hair and my perfect lashes!"
