"It felt like a rushed job for it being so busy as soon as I left I noticed bubbles popping up in my black French tip set, honestly the black tips are crooked and uneven on each hand. She didn’t let my hands cure completely under the lamp before moving on and shoving other hand in to then not let that one finish curing like I said a rushed job for an empty building not to mention they state they do services online and in store on a billboard as soon as you walk in and turn customers away for things they need or want done no wonder the place is empty. O/5 stars if I could"
"I have gone to this salon about 5 times. The first two times were decent for the price. However, I noticed that they are NOT sanitary. They do NOT clean out the pedicure bowls in between new customers or even have a plastic wrap on the bowl to prevent any bacteria or cross contamination. They use dirty tools that seem to be used on everyone else. I have never seen them pull out tools from a package only their box of other used tools. They also used a dirty towel for my pedicure that had what looks like dried up cuticles on the towel. And all they did was flip the towel on the other side instead of grabbing a clean one. I have also had a bad experience where I showed the lady a picture of a French tip nail that I wanted with a light pink base. She proceeded to only use the base color for my nails and when I asked when she was going to do the French tip she said “it’s too late next time.” When I even showed her and told her I wanted French tip nails. And when I called for pricing, the lady on the phone gave me different pricing than what I was told at the shop. I will not ever be going back here and if you want to go somewhere that cares about cleanliness and customer satisfaction then I wouldn’t come here."
"I don’t have a go to nail salon since moving to Colorado, I was in the area so I thought I’d stop by and called 5 minutes prior to see if they can get me in without an appointment. The staff were pleasant, although I felt a rushed throughout the process, and felt even more rushed when I said I just stopped by because I was in the area and it’s my first time there. I would have been happy to make the drive had I been satisfied and made this salon my go-to but I was disappointed with the quality of work and longevity of my nails. I got my pedicures done with gel polish and acrylic full set also with gel last Sunday 7/11, they didn’t seem to dry well and started peeling just few days after, it is Thursday 7/15/23 today and this is how they look. On top of that, the nail tech who did my acrylics, I think his name is Tony, was talking to another tech and missed my nail while drilling and cut my skin. He also didn’t bother pushing or cleaning my cuticles. Not a good salon in my opinion. Spent 150 including tip on these."
"I honestly wasn’t having a great day before I came in and I was hoping getting my nails done would cheer me up. I looked for places in the area and none of them had great reviews on yelp, but the google reviews for this place made me give them a chance. When I came in it wasn’t busy and I was helped immediately. I had a lot of questions (I was really worried about the thing I was doing to make myself feel better potentially making me feel worst). The guy was very clear about pricing, answered all the questions I had, and assured me that he could do the design that I showed him. (The first picture I posted) I was feeling pretty confident sitting down in his chair. To sum it up, several of my fingers are cut and bleeding. The accent nails aren’t clear like the picture but foggy. The design isn’t very clean & he used the wrong color but instead of removing it when I pointed it out, he put my hand under the drier, then painted over it. My index nails are crooked (I pointed this out in the beginning before he started filing and he blamed it on my fingers, but I pointed out that even with that, the nail is still crooked. He filed it a bit then moved on). When he was rubbing in the cuticle oil his nails scraped against the cuts made from the filing/dremel and when I flinched he barely acknowledged it. It took about a hour but felt rushed and I still have acrylic powder around my cuticles. He asked if I like it and I just said yes, paid the $65/tipped $5 and left. (I know I should have been honest, but I was just ready to get out of there) As soon as I got in my car I started crying and my mom told me to make sure I left a review."
