"I went there a couple weeks back because the place I usually go was closed I thought I would try it out cuz I've heard good things about the place what is the worst haircut I've ever had the lady did a horrible job it was an easy haircut parted down the middle layer duck short that's it but she chopped it up looked like hell have to wait for it to grow out to go somewhere else to get it cut I think the ladies name was justice but I'm not sure either way I'll guarantee I will never go back was charge $35 for a horrible haircut"

"I went in today for an appointment. I called them when I got there as they don't have a waiting lobby. They didn't answer, so I went in (this was now 5 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start). The lady said in a very snotty tone "please go wait your car, we'll call you when we're ready." I told her I had tried calling and they didn't pick up, to which she rudely replied "yeah that's why we'll call you." I left and went to make an appointment somewhere else. While doing so I accidentally clicked the wrong link on Google and ended up calling them. Oops. I told them I had the wrong number and hung up. She then had the nerve to call me back and say "sir, I don't know what you're doing but don't ever call this number again or come back to our location" - gladly! Wasn't planning on it! Unbelievable the rude service at this place. I most definitely won't come back or recommend this place to anybody!"

"2022: Knockouts is still superb! In the past with other hair salons, the stylist doesn't really talk to you. Here is different. My barber and I talk the entire time about whatever. She always does such a fantastic job with my cut. This time I decided to try a straight razor cut. Great experience! The shave was super close. Disposable razors are used so you will be sure to get an excellent shave every time. Amanda is awesome! Plus, the center it is in has a lot to offer: Delectable Egg, nail salon, Tokyo Joe's and plenty more. Easy to make a day of it here. 2019: Best haircut. So thorough. Perfect cut every time. Pre and post shampoo included along with a straight razor neck shave."
