"I haven’t shopped at Ulta in years due to their very predatory ways of collecting your personal information. However, I needed some thing and they were next to another store and I’m out of time so I popped in. The staff at this location were very nice and helpful. However, as I went to check out, i was informed the store has a policy of not accepting returns unless it’s associated with a phone number. Even with a receipt. When I’m trying to buy a product for $50 that I’m not sure about I do not appreciate having my ability to return, said product being based on whether or not, I allowed them to have my phone number. Looks like I will continue to not spend my money at Ulta."

"Just had a really unpleasant experience here because of a very mean blonde manager who’s a bit older and wearing all black just like another reviewer mentioned. I got a foundation online because it wasn’t available in store even though I would’ve preferred to color match the first time. Sure enough it’s the wrong color, so I took it to another store which didn’t have an exchange available, so they told me to come here. After a long drive, what a mistake it was to come here. The first thing the manager says is “we don’t do that here this is a one time item” and as she’s walking off, says “you should’ve just come in person the first time to get a shade match” like excuse me? I told you as soon as I walked in that wasn’t an option. After seeing previous reviews your store clearly has a problem with her!!! We all have immense grief in life and your bad day doesn’t need to become mine. All you needed to do was scan it in the end. Thank god someone else there knew what to do. Not so hard."

"We went to Ulta to look for makeup to wear to Homecoming. On another occasion, awhile back, we found stage makeup for a high school musical theater performance. The shop has a variety of options at a reasonable price."
