I had told her I had wanted a bob shorter in the back longer in the front with layers not only have I not gotten what I asked for. I got a choppy top layer. The rest of my hair is even have tried to contact the store Multiple times to no advance with anyone answering the phones. I cut off a lot of hair to be left with something I absolutely hate."
