"Several years ago I had used Waxing the City out of state a couple times and each time I was amazed at their services. I was super happy moving back to CO and seeing they had locations here! Of course this location didn’t disappoint either! I was able to get in same day. I had Shelby. I loved that even though I had a Brazilian wax before, she still did not fail to walk me through the process and provide me with after care instructions. They also have an a la carte menu you can add during or after your wax. I did a soothing mask for afterwards on the area and it really did help with the usual redness and sensitivity I get. She made me feel super comfortable and conversed with me the entire time, putting me at ease. The wax did not hurt. I had several waxes before at another franchise and each time I was left with so much hair afterwards, so I just stopped waxing for 3 months. This experience reminded me why I started waxing in the first place. I was nothing less than happy with the results! I didn’t have to pluck when I got home. To top it all off, when Shelby was recommending products for after care, she was super knowledgeable about the products and made sure each product she suggested was safe to use while pregnant. Of all the waxes I’ve had, this was one of the best! I will definitely be a regular at this location!! Thank you Shelby!"
