"This is not a paid review. I was surprised to see mixed reviews of this place, as I’ve only ever had overwhelmingly positive experiences. My wife and I share a membership, and we enjoy both using credits we’ve saved up. The staff has never been anything but kind and professional, and always offers me tea as soon as I walk in. The facials I’ve received here are the best I’ve ever had - I see results more quickly than I’ve ever experienced for my textured and oily skin. Maria is very knowledgeable, and provides solid advice for your skincare routine while also providing a relaxing and healing experience. Massages are great as well. We will continue to be regulars."

"I saw Maria V. Today for a facial. She is phenomenal! So relaxing, wonderful massage and a thorough professional facial. HIGHLY recommend & will return! Book with Maria, you won't be disappointed! I returned yesterday and received my second facial with Maria. She is the best! So knowledgeable and helpful with products and her services are without question, the best I've ever had! I've been in the industry as a Stylist since 1985 & have had countless facials, with numerous aestheticians, all over Colorado. She is hands down the winner! "Update: they tried to call me this morning while I was in a middle of a work meeting. They left me a voicemail that they will try to correct this, and that they received my cancellation form. We’ll see if they will be able to stand by their promise this time, as I’ve heard of this before. ———————- Very predatory and fraudulent business practice. Due to layoffs we have to move to a town without a branch, went and cancelled my membership last Oct 2023. Was given a membership termination form that I’ll still be charged for Nov. sucks, but ok. Well they still charged me for Dec, Jan, and Feb. every month emailing and messaging them as front desk always tell me that a manager will call me back, never happened. Last contact was yesterday - ignored. Sent them a copy of the signed form in case they got amnesia. Didn’t work. So beware you all, they’ll make it hard for you. They’re heartless and all they care about is to get your money."

"In regards to Westminster, CO location. I’ve been stuck in a membership for months because I have services saved up that I have been trying to catch up on but my massages keep getting cancelled by them for various reasons (and it’s not just my appointments my husband is having an identical experience with his appointments) . Not sure why but they can’t seem to hold on to their therapists here and have no one to fill in when needed. So it falls on the customer. When you have to put your membership on a freeze for whatever reason there is of course a fee associated with that also. So i am still paying a fee each month. When I asked to cancel I was told I only have 90 days to use all my services or they are gone. Well that’s impossible when they keep cancelling my appointments. The manager at this location was extremely rude when I called to complain about the cancellations because apparently my membership “lives” at a different location from years ago so they have no ability to make it right…shocking…do not enter a membership with Hand and Stone at any location. There is a reason that they are paying people $20 for a 5 star review…that’s not a lie they have signs all over the building that you can earn $20 in services for a good review. Garbage."
