"Nancy has done a wonderful job with my course, thick hair, that requires complex coloring between my grays and highlights. She has many years of experience and it shows! It’s unfortunate reading a couple of these reviews from individuals who were miffed they couldn’t just walk-in for services. No upscale salons work that way. People who haven’t actually used the services should not be able to leave reviews, it creates an inaccurate picture of somebody’s hard work and results."
