"Had my hair done there, some makeup matching, and bought some products. It was great! Stephanie my hair stylist was awesome, listened to what I wanted, and was a joy to spend the day with. We did a cut, color, and two treatments and the price was very reasonable. They had a senior stylist there who checked up on us throughout which was great. The rest of the staff were super friendly and helpful."
"The first time I came to this Ulta I had someone always checking in on me every 3 minutes, it was super creepy I was only 20 minutes trying to find a blush cause I have darker skin so it changes color, and once it's on my skin. Multiple times employees came up to and no one else inside the store. It got super uncomfortable I finally heard them thinking I was stealing. It just takes me a while cause, not everything matches my skin tone. At one point, I had someone standing behind me watching me. I felt embarrassed and uncomfortable I felt pushed to leave."
"The cashiers keep lying to me. They keep telling me I have to be a rewards member to return something, but that's not true. Edit to update/respond: I wish it was just this store, but it's literally every store. Corporate is telling them to lie; there's no way they're all telling the same lies coincidentally."
