"I am so disappointed that I have to write this review but after 4 weeks I have YET to still receive a call regarding my membership. Don’t believe the lifetime guarantee! I have paid twice now for touch ups, which is fine but I still have hair that is growing back and told them if there is a way for me to pay for a little bit of a longer membership since the growth of hair is still coming back. They told me that they would ask the manager what they can do and since this is the second time that I’ve asked it and never received a call regarding my options I’m extremely upset and frustrated! I am planning to pay again for ANOTHER touch up but like I said… the lifetime guarantee is a joke and super disappointing that the manager never called. Don’t fall for it!"
