"Used to be a great place to go...I had been a loyal customer for a very long time. In recent years though, I feel business owner, Mai's quality and professionalism is slipping. There are minor indications like inconsistent business hours, lack of upkeep on the facility, employee turnover but most importantly Mai has less and less been able to give a consistent quality haircut and less patient about it. In recent years it feels like Mai is taking less time to perform a quality haircut, oftentimes she's seems more concerned with the next customer in line. Communication has always been a challenge with Mai but more so in recent years when I've needed to communicate specific detail grievances in quality/consistency. This becomes even more of a challenge when Mai immediately takes the defensive and her frustration is evident."

"For Women only: DO NOT come here for a hair color or highlights. Asked for blonde highlights, came out with pure orange brassy hair. Owner attempts to fix it by putting a darker tone, still comes out with a dark orange hair (plus I see no highlights whatsoever). I came in with dark brown hair and I left the salon with dark orange brassy hair. Owner apologizes and wanted to fix it again but I said no because I did not want to stay in the salon for another 4 hours! All I can say is that majority of the hairstylists did not know what they were doing, fyi probably didn't even go to beauty school. As for cutting, they suck."
