"My beautician Nelly was excellent! She matched my hair color perfect and gave me a very stylish hair blowout. In addition she was able to help me find new shampoos and moose for my hair so that I can fix it on my own. So happy with Ulta and so very happy with Nelly!"

"I would have given 2 stars had I gotten help in the hair section of the store rather then being ignored and then finally after 2 girls were done chatting 1 girl did give me a little help but didn’t seem very interested in my questions. I would have given 4 had somebody answered the phone rather then just putting me on hold and not saying anything such as “thank you for calling Ulta Arvada can you please hold” but after going through the phone cycle and no one answering as I wanted to get the gals name that helped me in the makeup section as I was looking for a good lip stain. As a fan of all lip and hair heck beauty anything I have never tried lip stains as I always wear lipstick. So hats off to the gal that helped me find 2 great lip stains by showing what they had and what would compliment my skin tone. (I was there today around 2ish.) she had short maybe shoulder length dirty blonde hair? A little older not like the young ones in the hair section and the check out which she just seemed bothered and not wanting to be there. But she did help me. I was really hoping to get her name but well I couldn’t get anyone on the phone to find out her name. I hope management does see this and give her kudos for being a great employee. (Maybe the other gals there today should take some lessons fr her.) but all in all I give 3 stars and only cause the gal that helped me find some lip stains. If not it would have been 1. Thanks a a beauty lover…."

"Do not go get a hair cut there !!! Leah was not only with someone else when I arrived for my apointment, (that I asked her if we would have time to do in one hour. She said yes.) But when I got there, I had to wait 20 minutes. I showed her a pic of the cut. It had a tutorial, I verified she was Master Certified and knew the techniques I was looking for. She said yes. She made me late for work 45 minutes and my hair is realy bad, un even, and not even close to the picture. And she charged me $57.00 when she quoted me $50. When I scheduled. Plus my hours wage."
