"I asked for a fade with hair that I could spike up and I said to take half of the top at most. They end up cutting almost the whole top. My hair looks flat now and almost at buzcut length. They didn't even do the fade either. I know great clips sucks but come on. I didn't think they would mess me up this bad. Definitely staying clear of this place from now on, Floyd's is worth the extra 10 bucks for barbers who actually know how to cut hair. Terrible!!!!!"

"Me and my 2 boys are regular clients with this location since 2 years. We had good experience before. Today morning i went over there for my hair cut . First time i saw one man who cut my hair & his name might be Paul. He was unhappy & mad with me. Several time i request to him about my hair cut style but he ignored me . He was so rude to me. Definitely we will do not visit over there until he is there. Very very bad experience from him. This is first time having rude customer service."

"Holy cow. Took my boys in to get a cut. My youngest told the lady he wanted his hair about 1.5 long. After I saw a massacre of hair fall with the first swipe, I could have cried. He was and still is not pleased at all. For the first time, he wants remote learning back so he can not be seen! My other son git the hack job of a lifetime! He wanted his mullet freshened up. She shaved part of his sides and called it good. Super glad I spent $20 (before tip) per hack job. Will I recommend this place? No. I'll spend 3x the amount to get a decent one done ANYWHERE else but here."
