"it use to be open at 9 am now is open at 10am, haircuts are 24 dollars now a bit much on me living pay check to pay check, they have a future were you can check in online but you can only do it when there open if the check in was allowed 15 to 10 mins before they opened the store that would be a life saver this store is ok with haircuts they now have more staff which helps when there busy"

"Good prices and I’ve had good barbers in the past… but my most recent cut at this location was a different experience. I got my hair cut from lady in her younger 20s that’s seemed more engaged in our conversation than my hair. I asked for a fairly advanced haircut that I was not expecting perfect execution on it. I was not upset that my hair cut did not look like the pictures I showed, but that my hair cut had areas that were completely missed or a completely different length than the other side. I think if my barber spent more time focusing on my hair rather than trying to keep our conversation going, I would’ve had a better result. I now have to go to a more experienced/professional barber to fix my hair. I will no longer be a customer at great clips because of the coin flip you get when it comes to experienced/professional barbers."
