"I scheduled an appointment with Sierra but when I showed up there was no one there and the building was locked with the lights off. I tried calling and leaving a voicemail and text and a few hours later I still haven't received a reply. I ended up sitting waiting outside for over a half hour before I finally left because I didn't want to be waiting all day. I had seen the mixed reviews prior to going but I tried to go in with an open mind and give the benefit of the doubt, but I have to admit I was pretty disappointed when she didn't show or answer any communication."

"I can't genuinely give her a one star rating because I never got to experience her services. Like the other ratings warn, my appointment was greeted with a no call, no show, and no answering of phone calls when the time came. The studio was closed and locked up. I arrived early and waited fifteen minutes after our scheduled time, all while calling her phone. I am frustrated and disappointed. I had to demand a refund from Groupon who doesn't like to give refunds. The fact that she didn't show was helpful for that argument."

"Wow! Where did these other people go? Sierra is amazing! I recently moved from CA and had a terrible set of lashes on. I was in a rush. Not only did she fit me in, she fixed my lashes, and gave me the groupon rate. My lashes were GORGEOUS. She has the before and after pictures to prove it. In all the years I've had my lashes done, they have never looked so beautiful and natural.No one but Sierra will ever do my lashes again. Plus, she's so nice. I thoroughly enjoy our conversations when I am there. And no matter what lash crisis or last minute event I have, she is right there to save the day! Please, see Sierra!. Trust me! Please please please listen to these reviews and spend your money on better quality lashes and overall experience. 2. The lashes did not even last a whole week. It took her 2 hours to do them.
