Fantastic Sams Cut & Color

"I called ahead of time for this place because my daughter wanted some of that Tinsel in her hair. They said they had some but I had to wait until the one who knew how to apply it was available which was about a 2 hour wait. I was fine with that so I took the appointment and waited. We get there at the appointment time and I show her the inspiration picture that my daughter chose (she is 5) and she got to work. She did a good job cutting, got a little snippy and annoyed but I could let that pass. However when I brought up the Tinsel she had to idea they even had it, no knowledge of the conversation I had with whoever was on the phone earlier that day, and no interest in learning how to do it. They also only had one color. Then at the end of the cut she was asking if my daughter wanted bangs. I'm wanting to make sure my daughter knows that she's allowed to make her own choices for her own hair, so I asked her if she wanted bangs and before I could even explain to my daughter this lady cuts me off and tells me my daughter doesnt understand and that I need to decide. So I definitely wouldn't reccomend them for a child's cut, and if you call to confirm services get as many details as you can so you know that they know what they're promising."

"Tina did a wonderful job with my hair cut! She took my collection of thoughts and pictures to give me something better than I could have imagined and kept so much of the length. I walked out loving it and I am writing a review WEEKS later because I still notice daily how awesome it is. Highly recommend for anyone else with fine long hair."

"I had one of the most unenjoyable experiences here not so much due to their expertise but the gentleman didn't even introduce himself I changed my mind shortly into it about what I wanted which really didn't affect him much at all but he seemed very disgruntled I told him I was sorry for the miscommunication and he didn't say a word during that and then the whole process. I was rather nervous about saying anything because I didn't want him to screw up my hair cuz he seems so angry and then without talking to me at all he spent a lot of time speaking with us Spanish speaking hair cutter right next to him as they laughed and chatted during a very uncomfortable hair experience. I did tip him but only because I wasn't super unhappy with my hair just very unhappy about the whole experience. When you spend that kind of money one shouldn't feel uncomfortable at all I won't be going back there"

"Had a really good experience with Tina this past Friday. She did a great job with my hair cutting it into layers. There was another woman that seemed kind of standoffish...glad I didn't get her as my stylist. If you come here, definitely recommend Tina. She took her time with my hair and was friendly and nice to work with."

"I have been getting my haircut here for over 7 years and have never had a worse experience. I know they are short staffed but bringing in inexperienced stylists is not a solution to the problem. I had an 8AM appointment this morning and Caitlin was my stylist who asked me what I wanted. I had told her a 1/2 guard on the sides medium/ heigh fade to clean up the top and square it off in the back. Pretty simple however Caitlin spend 5 minutes looking for a 1/2 guard which isn’t a guard. She proceeded to soak the sides of my head with water prior to shaving with a 1 guard. While trying to clean up the top I felt as though my 10 year old daughter was grabbing random pieces of hair and cutting. I have never been one to shame someone however if you arrive at this location and Caitlin in your stylist I would strongly suggest you run not walk out of that establishment. Next time I schedule an appointment I will respectfully request Caitlin does not touch my hair."
