"Julia is an absolute wizard when it comes to doing hair, especially balayage. I have naturally brown hair with lots of red overtones, and it takes a lot to make my dyed blonde hair not look brassy because of it. I had gone to two other hairdressers in the area before I started going to Julia, and I was dissatisfied after both of my trips with the other two stylists. Since going to Julia, though, I have been beyond happy with my hair. Julia knows what I want even when I can’t clearly express what I want!
