"My first visit here a year and a half-ish ago with Angela was so great. I had nothing but great things to say about this salon. My two visits recently with Grace were not great. I feel bad leaving a negative review but it’s really been bothering me. I’ve tried for a little while now to like my hair and I just can’t. My first appointment I left with blonde hair that had purple/green/gray tones in it. I came back in a few days later to fix it and it’s better but absolutely not anywhere near a color I would want for myself. I’m rocking *very* yellow blonde hair now that I have to fix at a different salon as I’ve lost trust with Pristine hair. I didn’t throw a fit in person and just accepted what was given to me at my final appointment because I didn’t want to be a pain and felt defeated. I had been at the salon over 10 hours all together at that point. Really unfortunate as I really loved my first appointment here. Added a star for a great blowout."

Danae was so friendly she took the time to educate me and to get my hair extensions put in properly and treating my scalp. Danae was not about the money as a priority it was now about what was best for my head! I highly recommend Danae!"
