Eyebrow Threading,

"I went into this salon with very high hopes because of all the great reviews I saw. After growing out my eyebrows for about 2 months, for the first time in over a decade, i was very eager but very nervous to get them done, in the fear that someone would mess them up. I asked for an eyebrow thread and tint, something like what’s pictured in the first two pics (not me). But instead, I got what you see in the last pic. when I walked in, I sat down, she looked at my eyebrows for a few seconds and then immediately got to threading. She didn’t take the time to map out my eyebrows or ask me any questions about the look I wanted to go for. She also didn’t even tint my eyebrows in the same shape that she threaded them in, hence why the tint job looks so sloppy shape wise. I got them done around 4:30PM and she had told me that when I woke up in the morning, after i had let the tint set and washed my face, that the tint would come off my skin and only stick to my eyebrow hair. I’m glad I didn’t wait until the morning to scrub my eyebrows though because this is what they looked like after I got done scrubbing them for about 10 minutes, at around 10pm…(pictured last) This lady validated my fear of trusting someone to do my eyebrows again in the future. I’m so so upset that my eyebrows will look like Groucho Marx for at least the next week. And even without the bad tint job, the threading is completely uneven. Super sad and disappointed..I was so excited to grow them out and get them redone. Will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone."
