"went in asking for acrylics yesterday was told by the nail tech that they “cause cancer” so she gave me something completely different and not to mention the shape and size is wrong. If I’m about to pay almost $200 they should provide the customer with what they ask for. Also not even a full day with my set already cracking and braking"

"Purchased a Lux Pedicure, which was to be 1 hour, includes everything from their basic pedicure, but should also include "sugar scrub, foot mask, and hot towel finish." My pedicure took 30 minutes. She cut me to bleeding, and I got the sugar scrub, but nothing else. Not even lotion!! She seemed completely new, and no one was watching her. Terrible experience. I would not recommend."

"BRIDES BEWARE - I got my wedding nails done here; three days before my big day. The staff were friendly and my nail tech did take her time to make sure my nails looks good. I did like how they turned out. However, only a day later they started snapping off. I wasn’t doing anything vigorous that would cause my nails to break, but every so often I’d look down to find the a tip split in two or snapped off. We were already up in the mountains at this point with no nail salon options so I had to just go with it. On top of that - my pedicure started chipping the day after. For $200 - I feel robbed! I didn’t even get to enjoy my nails on my wedding day. I’m giving 2 stars just because they did look nice while that lasted. I’m so disappointed. The only thing I’d change about my wedding day were my nails. Such a bummer!"

"This was my first time here! I was able to make an appointment for the same day and when I arrived everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They recommended shaper to help with my weak, thin nails. I appreciated the welcoming environment and positive atmosphere that all the employees create. My nails look fantastic and strong but still natural, and I love them."
