"Terrible decision to get a haircut here. I only went here because of the proximity to my house. The young female gets mad if you ask her if she can do a fade. She didn’t get my business. The lady who gave me a haircut is either distracted or she doesn’t know how to listen to how I want it cut. Either way I gave her multiple chances and she screwed up each time! I had to go elsewhere to get it fixed!!! THEN, I left a terrible review on the website. They removed it. The General Manager Kashi Rathnam is probably the one responsible for removing the bad reviews. Unprofessional!! Remove this one and I’ll post another. People need to hear the TRUTH in reviews, not a friend brown-nosing!!!!"

"This is my FIRST and the LAST time visiting this place. I will stick to my Air Force base barbershop where you get proper fade. The young lady did not know what she was doing. I had to show her multiple times where she needed to fix. Seriously? Looks like this is not a great place for adults. Of course kids and teens don’t care. She did not even properly clean my hair from my head, neck and face after she was done. I left home driving with hair mess everywhere. Young lady with one year experience, you are a JOKE."

"There are four Great Clips in my immediate area. I have tried them all. I drive past two to get to the one off of Highlands Ranch Parkway in Highlands Ranch (Colorado), primarily because the employees are the best I've found, especially Rebecca and Linda. One request: I wish Great Clips employees and those in other personal service industries wouldn't ask, "What are your plans for the rest of the day," as if we were old pals."
