"First things first, i booked with Karmen and the Saturday I was supposed to go, we had gotten some bad snow had to reschedule and she booked me on her day off (Sunday) to make up our appointment which she 100% didn't have to do but it meant a lot to me. I was wanting to go platinum and she said that wasn't going to happen that day but I said we could start the process and she was 100% down and ready. I have to say, two people I love telling me no are tattoo artists and hair stylists because they *know* what they're talking about and when they say no or give other ideas, I know they're trustworthy. We got along great and I know we have the same vision for my hair. I rebooked with her before I left the salon and I'm loving the results so far and can't wait to go back! 100% 5/5 star salon."
