"Made an appointment online went in still about 30 minute wait stood by counter while front desk lady stayed on her ohone before acknowledging me asked my name if I checked in online said yes then she proceeded to get back on her phone. No seating place was over packed with people usually my go to place for cuts since I'm down the street but today was not a great one. Will reschedule in hopes of better service next time around."
