"Just feel like they are too busy and every time I’ve taken my daughters there they nickle and dime you for all the extras; shape , dip, tips , designs…. Exhausting. Plus they really should offer a teen discount"

"I've been coming to this nail salon for more than a decade. Everyone who helped me through the years has been wonderful. However I'm very annoyed after today's visit. In the past I have specifically asked to not have this person do my pedicure. Every time it's been a bad experience. First of all he was acting like I annoyed him, because I didn't know exactly which chair he wanted me to sit in. When I put my feet in the water, it was scolding hot. I shouldn't be surprised because he's done that same thing before. I asked him to take some skin off in specific spots, he used a hail buffer that did absolutely nothing. He kept hurting me when he was "working" on my cuticles. After I inspected them closer, there is a small cut. I'm sitting here wondering what the heck did I just pay for? I get to go home and give myself a pedicure, because my feet look exactly like they did for last 2.5 weeks. This guy has proven over and over he couldn't care any less about his job. Zero pride and customer service. Every time I'm at the salon, he's always staring at his phone. Don't know his name, slim built, frequently has a mask on."

"Extremely disappointed. I don’t leave reviews, but this felt off. I called ahead to make a particular appt - was quoted a price and after the service the price had increased $20. I was told I agreed to a different service when I arrived. She must have mumbled it because I didn’t hear that. Advice - be very clear on the service you want again upon arrival even if you made an appt - I don’t want someone else to be disappointed. I won’t be going back. After reading their response - I’d like to add to clarify - the appointment was made for a kids paint with gel polish and I was told it would be $25. I am aware a manicure was done, but it was not the appointment I made. I trusted that you would do the service I made the appointment for. If there was an up charge for the design done on 4 nails, I should have been notified while we were there. I was also charged $45 for the service which did not include the tip."

"Extremely disappointed. Outside of cutting me on a few nails the paint job was horrendous, the shaping is all sloppy, and the acrylics are crooked. $100 for this and a basic (no gel/message) pedicure. I showed a reference photo- she said she could do it and it didn’t even come close. The first flower she did was fine but the rest got sloppier and sloppier. If you can’t do something either point me to someone in the salon who can or be honest and say you don’t know how to accomplish the look provided so I don’t waste money and have ugly nails. I wanted the blue base but the shape and design to look the same as the photo provided….this isn’t even comparable."

"Honestly these are the worst nails I’ve ever got. They were supposed to be marble on my ring finger with the gold and there’s hardly any there, I wanted the tiniest little line of white as a border on the nails and got whatever is going on there. Half of them are bent up and way shorter than I asked for because she trimmed them crooked and then filed them shorter than my natural nails were when I came in. Both girls I came with had an equally poor experience and we wasted so much money . So disappointed. I have to edit!! I tried to the same day as I posted this but i posted it before any resolution was made! Yess! They did stay an hour after close to fix it and make it right for me, the second lady that did my nails (Lynn ) was amazing, so much more understanding of what I wanted and did such an amazing job fixing what she had to work with!"
