"I got a full set acrylic nail and a deluxe pedicure. It was my first time going here and honestly DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. They worked on customers randomly without washing their hands, my cuticles are absolutely destroyed, and my French manicure looks like absolute rubbish. After all that I was charged $143 and they watched me write down my tip amount. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Won’t be going here again."

"While getting a pedicure, I was asked if I would like a manicure as well. I agreed, as I hadn't had my nails done in years. A lady came over to me and started working on my hands while she was standing there. So awkward and unprofessional... About halfway through my service, after telling the ladies how much I appreciated them because I hadn't had any pampering in sooo long, one of them asked for payment randomly. I had to take a moment to transfer funds, so they stopped working on me entirely/moved on to someone else. I guess they assumed I wasn't going to pay? I have no idea. Maybe that's what I get for dressing comfortably for a nail salon. When they finally came back for payment, the lady asked me to write down how much I was tipping in front of her as I processed the payment on my phone by Venmo. I've never felt so embarrassed but still obligated to tip in all my life. My nails look half-@$$ (mis-shaped/poorly painted), and I didn't even get my leg massage finished because of the lady's "convenient" timing. I never treat myself, and am honestly sad that I wasted my experience here."

"Walked in for pedicure + gel manicure one evening. Theresa did my nails and was phenomenal. Super friendly, quality service at very reasonable prices in a no-frills salon. I was the only client there the entire time. My only complaint is that the massage chairs for the pedicures are fairly weak / old compared to the newer models, so they don't do very much but overall still a great experience. Will be back soon."
