"I needed to find a new salon because my old one closed and moved locations. Baela got me in for a last minute cut around the holidays and I was very happy with her suggestions, so I booked her again a week ago for color. Very disappointed by the experience I just had. I expressed on the phone that I was not sure how long what I wanted would take so I would send her pictures via text and she could adjust her scheduling as needed. I sent the pictures immediately after getting off the phone. I never got a response but assumed she adjusted as needed. At 7pm the night before my 11am appointment the next day I get a text saying she never got and photos and would have to reschedule me because she never booked longer than 30 minutes and booked someone else after that so I had to pick another time or day. I let her know that I would have appreciated a call before she double booked over me if she never received anything. She had 7 days to follow up. I sent her a screenshot and she let me know she still wasn't receiving it and it must be a problem with her phone. I let her know it was terrible service and I would be going somewhere else now."

I have long hair that is challenging to maintain, but Gossip makes it possible. I love my hair style and color. My stylist listens to what I want and makes it happen! "After NEVER having a consistent stylist, I found Charlie at a different salon over 2 years ago and followed him more recently to Gossip Salon. The salon is so beautiful inside and relaxing. It's very unsuspecting from the outside and is tucked away in the Bed, Bath & Beyond strip mall. Charlie does beautiful color and cut and he's so enjoyable to chat with! He also loves pet rescues and adopted some so there's that too that makes him awesome!"
