Cost Cutters

"Ana completely messed me up, went in and asked for a simple hair cut and showed her a picture of what I wanted. She did absolutely nothing to try to even resemble the picture, and instead she gave me lopsided and completely uneven sides (one side at least an inch longer than the other) then she used scissors and gave me the borderline equivalent of a buzz cut on top, (even though I said I didn’t want anything off the top) and then she started cutting my bangs, and immediately after the first chop of the scissors she asked me if I even wanted my bangs cut. I did not answer her because I was already starting to tear up, and I just let her finish up. This took all of five minutes before she frantically rushed me out of the store so she could have another cigarette. This was BY FAR THE WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER RECEIVED IN MY LIFE and no one should ever go to this location"

"My fiance and I went in today to get our hair cut. I regret I didn't get her name. She rushed both our haircuts. My hair is uneven (the right side is longer than the left), the underneath is longer than the top layer, and long strands throughout. When she got done I just glanced at it and thought it was decent, I didn't notice all this until we got home. Very unsatisfied. Now we have to go find somewhere else tomorrow to get our hair fixed and spend more money."
