"The stylist was really nice, good conversation. I told her how I would like my hair and a few things weren't done like I asked. I asked for a hard part and was not done. I asked for the side to be faded and some left on the side but it was buzzed all the way off and not faded. Other then that a good experience."

"I asked for a shoulder length cut, but the lady who did my haircut chopped it all ear level with the first cut. I have visual impairment and very upset with the outcome. And I left her a 40% tip. Idk her name, but she had dark short hair and is bigger while lady with a tattoo on her arm/wrist. I think she said she was new. Very upset and sad with the state of my hair. She used a razor to “texturize” and just made me look like a sewer rat. I’m just very sad and upset."

"I've always liked Great Clips because of convenience and price, but had a bad experience today with my stylist who condescended and belittled me. I simply wanted a trim to neaten up my hair without taking too much length and I ended up getting a lot of attitude about it, they then rushed my haircut while taking off a lot of length and got me out of the store within 5 minutes. I'm now thinking it is worth the extra cost to see friendlier and helpful stylists at local businesses."
