"I have been a customer here for years. The tellers are usually 100% professional. Today, I went in to make some deposits. One of the women working there was not wearing a mask. She wasn't quietly not wearing a mask. She was carrying on conversation with no consideration for me or anyone else who might walk in. I said "don't we have a mask mandate in Denver?' to the woman who seemed to be superior to her. She nodded. The woman without the mask made a face, giggled and then put on a mask. They made me feel like a jerk for asking when I never should have had to ask in the first place. Wow. Makes me feel like taking my business somewhere else."

"Horrible. I used their ATM at the Broadway location downtown and it shorted me $150 - literally half the money I requested. When I went into the lobby to dispute it, they told me I would have to go through my own bank to do that - I’m traveling from another state and bank elsewhere. So I have done that. But they were so unhelpful. Their ATM stole $150 from me when I’m hundreds of miles from home and they took zero responsibility and did not care at all. Fortunately for me I can take a temporary $150 hit to my finances, but this would wipe some people out. If this was another time, it would have meant not eating or being able to pay a bill. Totally unacceptable way to do business and shameful customer service. Consider yourself warned - I would never bank here or use this obviously malfunctioning ATM."

He worked with me to find a resolution for my mother, who lives in New Zealand and will soon be unable to cash cheques against her UMB account, which is where her pension money is deposited.
