"Penny has taken care of my grandchildren's haircuts for several years and cuts and styles several of my friend's hair. She is very neat and professional, as well as being a pleasant lady to chat with while relaxing in her chair. She has an apartment at the east end of the building and if she is not in her shop she is usually at home. If you have a large dog, please don't bring it into her shop though... she is deathly afraid of big dogs"
