"I went in for a gel manicure, and got upsold to a dip manicure by the tech. With the chisel, she broke the skin around every single one of my nails. When I told her, she didn't acknowledge it. So painful and now I have scabs. Called two days later to express my disappointment. The owner made me drive all the way to the store to show her my fingers, only for her to offer me $10 back of a $45 manicure. Too bad it's the only place in town."

"I only had to wait 10 minutes before I was attended to. I came in for a fill and one of the male technicians quickly got to work. He accidentally nicked me while filing and went on with it. The thumb is uneven (by a lot) and the French tips were sloppy. Also while he was drilling he drilled too much and carved the acrylic far from my nail (picture to show because I am bad at describing. There are many technicians so I am sure that my experience was just from that one man. My fill was $50."

"Came here as a group to get our nails done for a special event. The guy that did my nails was not very friendly, and did a sloppy job on them a couple nails were crooked and when I was done getting my nails done he told me to wash them with soap and water. After I did that I noticed gunk still under the nail and one hand was sticky. As one of the workers asked if he whips my mail he got annoyed and told me to go over to wipe it and he blamed me for it. A while later I noticed that the acrylic was over the nail plus the nails are really thick. Don’t know how this place has 4 stars. Don’t recommend."

"Hands down (pun intended) the best manicure I've ever had. I work with my hands and my nails were really bad, resembling claws. The lady spent a great deal of time to make me not have "man hands," and after nearly 2 weeks of steady gardening and construction projects, the polish is just beginning to show signs of wear. This place is always busy and now I see why. Definitely returning more often now!"
