"Had my son hair cut done. Showed a picture....was way off from the picture. Was close to closing time and seemed as if they didn't care at all. Waste of money. "I wanted to get my haircut for my birthday and was pleased when the manager was going to cut my hair thinking she's going to do a good job and probably knows how to do a medium length layered haircut with curtain bangs jaw line length I even showed her a picture but to my disappointment she did not do what I wanted, my hair was all the way to my bottom she cut it an inch above my shoulders without asking if the length was OK before she cut it and my so called curtain bangs are nose length cut straight across. She cut my hair way to short and there is no way of fixing it I'm devastated and absolutely hate my haircut. Didn't say anything at the salon because I didn't want to make a scene."
