"Took my son (age 10) for haircut, it came out nice. When we went to pay, lady charged us for an adult cut and when we asked why she said it was because of the all hair she had to cut off. His hair was at most 3 inches long so she cut about 2 inches off overall. Not okay. If you want to charge by the amount then say so instead of by age and gender!"

"Very rude customer service. Native lady with a gray bob haircut starts her greeting with “what do you need?” Not a friendly way to greet a customer. Then she starts demanding information from me and tells me later that she signed me up for mailed coupons that I didn’t ask for. While I was telling her my information she kept interrupting me with “Can you speak up!!?” Like lady you’re working with buzzers going off in the background if you can’t hear well maybe that’s not a suitable job for you. So I sat down and she had the nerve to ask me from across the room if the person I was with is getting a haircut. She couldn’t ask him herself since she had a mouth on her face. Gladly took my business somewhere else."

"My overall experience was terrible! I would not recommend this place to anyone. The person who cut my hair did a very poor job! Now, I have to endure this terrible cut until it grows out. My hair was uneven, cut in different lengths. When I went back the next day to get a refund and to see if she could clean up the straggling hair she left; she did try to even the bottom out, however she tried to argue with me and blame me for the terrible job she did! She told me I could not have a refund. I am upset about the poor cut and how I was treated."

"I have two points that make this place great. First point, the price. Their prices are reasonable and that alone should enough to bring you in. Like a $14 haircut for a child is amazing and affordable, along with a standard haircut that's $16. Like I said, Affordable. Especially in Farmington. Second point, the wait time is manageable. If you haven't been here yet, let me tell you that you have to check in online but that's honestly a plus. Because you can sign in from home and get what you need done before coming in. Plus if your check in will always taken in account."
