"Ordered online for pickup at 940pm arrived about 10pm just before the online order said it would be ready. Had to go through the drive thru and was told they weren’t going to make my order. It appeared they were doing similar to other cars going through. Looked like they were all hanging out inside waiting to leave when the store is supposed to be open until 11pm"

"I been coming to this location because y’all have a A&Ws. But sadly I been ordering Chicken strips and y’all been serving these little Chicken fingers and whatnot. I’ve been to two different locations and they have STRIPS. So that one star is really for the ordering and distribution to this location y’all are cheating a dope location. And Can I also add kitchen crew no matter what time is it fresh food is fast food services number 1 guarantee those fingers barely warm. Tighten up y’all."

"While I was ordering my food I had to witness an argument between two employees at the time. Imagine to my surprise when I found out that one of the employees was your supervisor. I was in complete shock because no supervisor should have been acting that way to any employees. From what I was able to overhear (it was impossible to not avoid their argument as they were very loud) it sounded like the supervisor was completely in the wrong, but I did not want to say anything as I was not in the position to do so. The food however was amazing. The employee that packed my order was very nice and respectable. I could not catch their name but he was the blonde, long haired man in the front. I can tell he is a hard worker. He even gave me a fist bump and apologized about the employee argument in the back."

"I went here twice in the past two weeks because I got some coupons; the only thing that tastes decent is the biscuit. If you think the chicken tastes good, it's probably because you haven't had quality chicken from a good restaurant before. Service is excellent, but I feel bad for the people who have to work there."
