"We've always loved to come to the club house to get a bite to eat. It was my grandfather's favorite place to eat as well. TL;DR: Food is good, always worth a stop (get the coffee), kitchen and waitstaff could use just a small amount of training. On this visit, I had the Old North End with fries and a coffee. The sandwich was okay, the fries were good, and the coffee was excellent. The sandwich comes with a slaw tossed in a vinaigrette, but when I got the sandwich, it seemed that they either dispensed the vinaigrette directly onto the sandwich (a la Subway) or they tossed the slaw in a bowl with the vinaigrette and then failed to drain it before topping the sandwich. The plate and my bottom bun were soaked in olive oil, which leaves a rather distinct taste. The fries were crisp and seasoned properly, and I had no issue with them. The coffee was really good, but I didn't quite get enough. Our waiter seemed a little green, but with time, I'm sure he'll get better. He served us coffee and brewed a fresh pot as he (correctly) surmised that we would want more. However, after our first refill, he failed to ask any of us if we needed more, and I would definitely have taken more. The only other miss was that he didn't come back to our table to ask how our food was. I'd have preferred to tell him about the sandwich so that it could be mentioned to either the kitchen staff or a manager that day. Nothing about my visit was horrible, but it could have been better; all my issues could easily be rectified with a little bit of time and training."

"Connecticut style lobster rolls at Patty Jewett are amazing. No mayo! Served warm with an almost decadent brown butter. With this much lobster on it, quite reasonably priced. Well worth it. I can see at least one Friday a month going there."

"Our favorite lovster roll in town! Try it on Fridays only and enjoy views of Pikes Peak with the best poured drink in town. With a list of drafts that includes sparkling wine, you can choose your own adventure at this Colorado Springs must see or ask about their variety of N/A offerings. Food specials almost every day and a killer happy hour. Sit inside to watch the TVs or outside to enjoy 300 days of 'shine. Stop on a Saturday to try the prime rib with a Patty pour and make sure you say hi to Sally."

"I had the philly cheesesteak sandwich, mushroom swiss burger, and steak tacos. The food was pretty decent and priced fair, but nothing about the food quality stood out enough that would make me want to come back. The service and atmosphere were solid, which is why I am giving this 4 stars instead of 3; I feel like the food quality deserves 3 stars. If you are there playing golf, it is worth a stop. If you are not, it is not worth going out of your way to try."
