"Usually great place. Not so this day. My burger did not come "my way" even though I ordered it strait off the menu (no specific requests). The attendant was surly and rude. Big disappointment. Three out of five stars. But usually it's a great place to eat. Everyone is entitled to a bad day. Cheer up guys! The sun will come out tomorrow. Bet your bottom dollar on it!"

"First time at this BK the wonderful woman who took my order was sweet but the child who took my money was not at 11:57 am fire his butt no customer service and he knows who he is with the way he speaks to customers. This child needs discipline and taught respect. I will not come back to this BK because of him 02/18/2024."

"I went here the other night and the line was literally around the building. However, the line moved quite quickly, the employees were polite and friendly with their greeting and exchanges, and the order was accurate. I was very impressed considering how busy they were! Update January 2023: This is THE burger king to go to in the Springs. I have never had a bad experience, my food is always made correct, and drive thru is fast! Update August 2023: I know this BK is just so run-down looking. It really needs to be remodeled and updated, because I feel like corporate has forgotten about this location. However, customer service is ALWAYS top notch and the order is ALWAYS made correctly!"
