""Welcome to drunken, please wait" should be their slogan. I stop here when I didn't have time to make my own coffee. 50/50 chance I leave because I don't have 5+min to wait just to place my order. And I get when it's busy ya gotta wait but I'm talking about being the only customer during their regular business hours. Employees are friendly. Subpar operations."
"Servers had me waiting as the only drive tru customer for 10 minutes at the second window after they said they’d check my receipt. Had to back up to the first window and wait more then they told me that they were going to charge me again for something I already ordered and they messed up and took my time for. Awful service."
"Have had multiple bad experiences with this location, but usually I assume it’s just a mistake or a busy day. However, today really takes the cake. Stopped by at closing time, but didn’t know it was closing time because they didn’t have the holiday hours posted on the drive thru. The menu was still on, and someone spoke to us on the intercom and said they’d be with us shortly. After waiting a ridiculous amount of time, we drove around to the front and figured we’d just go in and grab something. Doors locked, no one there. Instead of saying, “sorry, we’re closed/closing” they said “be right with you,” and LEFT. Safe to say I no longer give them the benefit of the doubt as far as their wretched customer service."
"Everyone is nice. My husband and I don’t mind waiting for our donuts and drinks. Nothing wrong with waiting for good donuts with coffee ☺️"
"Can you believe this!!! This is the Ham n Egg sandwich I bought today. Burnt to the point that it is inedible. I didn't open it until I got to my work and of course it was too late at that point to even take it back. So I went hungry. This isn't the first time this has happened. There has been at least 2 other times that they have burned my breakfast sandwich, but this time it was so bad I had to just throw it away. It's convenient for me to come here since it's right next to my house and right on my way to work, so it's a shame that as a frequent customer I can't even get a descent meal. Not only was it a complete waste of money but I was starving by the time I went on my lunch break. I just want to know in what world do employees think it's okay to serve something like this to a paying customer? They literally had to take it out of the oven with tongs and put in the bag, so they saw this and still gave it to me. How messed up is that?"
