"We tried this place for the first time for dinner. The food was good but not great. The service was wonderful. Chips and salsa on the table super fast. They chips were warm and fresh, and delicious salsa. The service was quick and intentional. We ordered tacos, tamale and enchiladas. Everything was good but not great."
"I really like Pueblo Viejo, it’s got a good low-key, independent/family owned vibe. They give chips, salsa and bean dip, which is a fun treat. Menu is huge, and portions are too. Servers are extreme friendly and polite. I also love their Cadillac Margarita, give it a try!"

"Apologies for the pre-eaten picture. Ya boy just got sidetracked with food. It was delicious. The beef taco was a little on the sweet side for me but it was decent. The chicken enchilada was perfect. Great flavor. The cheese enchilada, which I’m picky on, was passable. It was good don’t get me wrong. My better half chose a fajita salad, she thought it was good but a little too salty. We chose this place because it was rated one of the best places in Colorado Springs. I thought it was good. Great even. But one of the best? Not sure I can support that. Definitely worth stopping in and formulating your own opinion."
