"Ordered my first senior menu item here, 2 egg omelette with hashbrowns and pancakes. Perfect portion with some to take home for snack later. My favorite part was the HOT syrup for the pancakes. Service was fast and friendly. I would highly recommend."

"This review is really just to give a shout out to our server Angela. She was one of the best servers I've had at any restaurant all year! Personable, friendly, funny, attentive. All the things. If you are headed to this place, be sure to request her if she is working. You won't be disappointed. If you have issues with gluten, give their gf pancakes a try. My adult daughter tried them and was more than thrilled. The ambiance is loud with tables quite close together, but the patio was nice even though it was right on the parking lot. The coffee is meh...but drinkable. If looking for a hearty breakfast with good food, great service, and reasonable prices, I highly recommend Omelets Etc."

"We went on a Sunday late morning. They were very busy, not a seat in the house, some folks were waiting outside. They estimated a 10 minute wait, it may have been at most 5 minutes. Coffee and drinks were offered and brought out right away. Once we ordered, there was not much of a wait and it came out fresh and hot. My bride got the special, crispy Chile relleno, the kiddo we were with got eggs and waffles. I got the Mexican omelet with a side of green chilli. Our waiter made sure our coffee stayed full and things were going well. There were no complaints on the food, we all had leftovers. Most of the food was typical restaurant style food. The green chilli was very good and on the spicy side. Definitely worth getting. The restaurant seating was open style and very loud with that many people. Lots of families with children. If we were in town again, we would eat here again. It was a good value and the food was decent."

"The food here is fantastic! It’s a Tex-Mex breakfast joint and the food is to die for! Super great prices and hearty portions. The skillets are delicious and country fried steak is very comforting! Also my wife had an omelet and it was one of the best she had ever had. We went twice on our trip to Colorado Springs and will definitely come again if we come back to the springs!"
