Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Went to get a burrito bowl for lunch. Cashier mistakenly charged the person in front of me for my order. Cashier should have called manager and fixed error. Instead all she said was sorry about that and bagged the orders separately. I gave the young lady in front of me the $20 bill I was going to use for my order. In my opinion this was totally unacceptable."

"First off I’m not fat shaming but to make sure I call out the right employee who is a plus size working the register so you can narrow down who this employee is. I went to the restaurant to pickup an order and like I do at every restaurant (I do DoorDash on the side) I did not see my order on the rack and then ask an employee where my order is which they will let me know they are finishing it. I asked said woman but was told in a condescending tone that if it was not on the rack it was not ready. I stood back with a customer who complained to me he had ordered his meal online 30 minutes ago. He said “I could have gone through the line three times and it would have been quicker”. I work in hospitality and observing that cashier I’m really not sure why you hire rude people, clearly saw her mechanically thank customers and clearly see she didn’t mean it, not to mention how she treated other staff. It took almost 10 minutes before I got the order while you could see only 6 people in line with the same amount of employees?! I don’t know where management was, if it was her then shame on you Chipotle."

"This location use to be a reputable, quality location that provided quality food and good portions for the cost. Nowadays, this location, like many of the other locations throughout Colorado Springs, are highly lacking. I placed my pick up order via the app and arrived about 15min before close. The employees seemed upset that I was even there to pick up my food in the first place. Then, my order had not been started on and most of the employees seemed to be outside and I had to wait at least 5min upon arrival to be acknowledged. Finally, as you can see from the portions, they are clearly lacking, especially given the rising cost of their food. Overall, horrible - one star."

"I like Chipotle. This location has some new workers and they could use some help with their food handling and final presentation. When the lady rotated the chicken for new product, she put the new on top of the old instead of the other way around. And my burrito was not rolled, it was folded kind of sloppily. Otherwise, everything was good. I was a mnger at an MIT location previously. There's a few things that are off from my market, like offering double meat and guacamole. They did offer queso and beverage. All staff were friendly."

"Freshly prepared ingredients. We had a double steak burrito with guacamole. Our Fat Tire craft beer was ice cold and refreshing with the salty tortilla chips. Easy online ordering system and their rewards are awesome - we’ve earned a BOGO that I’m pretty excited to use next time we visit."
