"Do not ever online order from this location. They marked my order as ready but never even started making it. They wouldn't check on it until I asked multiple times and ended up putting my sticker on two wrong orders and giving them to me. I ordered three entrees and chips but they tried to give me a smaller order, then an order double the size. I finally got my order 40 minutes after promised (and 30 minutes after they marked it ready), but the chips were stale, the beans hard, and one burrito made wrong. There were multiple people waiting for orders after me and no bags were coming out. I could've gone through the regular line multiple times during the time that I waited."

"This chipotle has gone downhill as of recently. You either get super spicy chicken or salty chicken (this is if you even get any chicken at all)!, whoever is charge of seasoning doesn’t know how to! They try to charge for “extra” for chicken, there’s nothing extra here. Stay away from this location. Don't waste your money here."

"We’ve been going here on and off for years. We always see if it’s gotten better and it doesn’t. Staff always seem miserable and online order gets messed up 7/10 times. Today was the last time I’ll visit this location. One of our burritos came with just rice. We made the mistake of ordering online again. I recommend walking in if you have to visit this location. Online order will mess everything up. We’ve ordered double ingredients and it was very obvious it wasn’t double anything and some times we show up late for pick up and order still isn’t ready. Quality has gone down very much"

"Like many other have mentioned, this is the absolute worst Chipotle location I’ve ever been to. Every time I try this location the staff is incredibly rude, non-responsive, and incompetent. For example, tonight our kid’s quesadilla was completely raw after he pressed it for 1.5 seconds - cold taco shell with cold shredded cheese. They also didn’t label our burritos, and when my husband asked if they could do so, they mislabeled them. The real issue here is that my husband is allergic to red meat, which was in fact in the burrito they labeled as chicken. Check out the location at Quincy and Buckley, they have wonderful staff and their food is always great!"

"Tonight was our first time doing an online order at this location and I have to say it was without doubt, the worst experience I’ve ever had with Chipotle and had to throw my steak fajita bowl out when I got home and opened it. To start, both my wife’s steak fajita bowl and mine as well were missing sour cream and fajita veggies. I ordered (and paid for) double steak to which I did not get that either. They may have put three pieces of lettuce in my bowl also. There was soooo much red salsa in my bowl that it gave the whole meal a weird texture with a bunch of water sitting on the bottom. I tried to call the restaurant at least six times to speak to a manager about our order, but nobody ever picked up. Instead we got a recorded male’s voice. And we tipped well….. $ 42.00 completely wasted !!! I would not recommend this location to anybody, especially now that I see other reviews have basically the same complaints."
