"Ordered 2 footlong subs for $30. Absolute rip off. Forgot bacon on both sandwiches. Didn't realize until we got home. With their huge price increases lately, at least make sure the bacon is on the sandwich. Also, the 2 sandwich 'artists' were very unfriendly and told me when I walked in, that it would be at least a 15 min wait. Only 3 people in front of me. I told them I had a mobile order, so I didn't have a choice, but to wait... They were obviously hoping I would leave because of their LONG wait times to make a sandwich..."

"Only location in Aurora that continues to disappoint. I ordered the buffalo chicken. Typically any other place keeps the chicken and buffalo sauce in one container mix together. I don’t know what this place does, clearly isn’t right. Also, coordinate with the app if you have appliances down/out of service, like the toaster that hasn’t worked in over a month."

"My son and I showed up at 7:40pm. closes at 9pm. there was a single employee inside. the music I would say was distasteful and vulgar but it expressed the mood of the female behind the counter quite adequately. most of the items weren't stocked and there were holes left where items should have been can't be good for refrigeration. we were met with a scowl as the obscenities continued to flow out of the music of choice of the worker as she ignored us and continued to wipe down the boards. I looked at my son and we both decided if she did acknowledge us we didn't want anything she was going to serve. . . no order no tip we had a pleasant experience at one of the restaurants across the street"
