"Though I do love the fact that the interest rates were not as high with this bank, my family has experienced a lot of attitude from some of the tellers. I also do not agree with some of the fees we have to pay just because we chose to have a debit card. Also I do not agree with the fact the bank makes it impossible to get an account here only because of the address on your ID. Its an okay bank but still needs a lot of improvements."
