"The food was delicious and I would go there again, little bit pricey but delicious. The Pastel (meat pie), Lamb dibi, beef kebab, rice and beans, and fried plantain were all good. I really enjoyed the ginger juice (good ginger spicy and sweet drink, so good). There isn't a large staff so service might be slow, even when not very busy. So come with patience and grace."
"We had a great experience. The customer service was great. The bathroom had a coded lock but could be opened from the front desk. Do feel free to ask any of the servers. The food was tasty. The meat pie was great. I loved the filling. The "bofrot" was good. I also had the jollof rice, fried plantains, and chicken. The ginger drink was very authentic and spicy. The spiciness does not last long though. I'll recommend this Ghanaian restaurant to anyone."
"We went for dinner on a Tuesday night and it was just our table and one other. It took a while for our food to come out, probably 30 minutes, but we really enjoyed the Pastel (meat pie); I could have just eaten those for dinner and would have been fine. The flavors inside of those little pies is simply incredible. My Grandpa & I got the Beef Kabob platter and our meat was really, really well done which we would have preferred a medium and even cook because the meat was really tough to chew and thus lost most of the flavor. The jollof rice was so tasty and again, I could have eaten just the rice and been fine. My husband ordered the lamb and wow, I only tasted a small piece but I’d get that if we went back because the seasoning was 10/10 and soooo tender. The plantains were also really good! So sweet and just the right amount of char. We really liked the Afro-Caribbean-Latin music being played as well! Really nice vibe."
"I got the lamb dibi with rice and beans, and plantains. It was some of the best lamb I’ve ever had. Super tender and juicy with just the right spice. The hot sauce is spicy and addicting. We also tried the meat pies and they tasted so fresh and good. The people are nice and friendly. I’m definitely coming back."
"Food was good. I had some goat egusi and it was pretty tasty. The fried fish was also very good. The fufu could be fresher. By the way the ginger juice is strong. It is a bit spicy but good. One thing that was interesting was the hibiscus drink. I am used to the Latin style "agua de Jamaica" and this is very different."
