Reviews
"Before trying their food, I had a bad experience with this cuisine. They’ve changed my mind! Great quality and generous portions for the price! Kālua Sliders"
"The gal up front was friendly and kind. I got the Mix (pork, chicken, steak), hurricane fries, and spam masubi- total $23.60 + tip (3.54) It was ok. I liked the fries and the food was alright. For me, it was dry, but other reviews had different dishes that they raved about."
"The food is fine, it's just a little pricier than it seems. I ordered the tuna poke and since the only price listed on the menu for it is $10 I assumed when I was asked if I wanted a plate it meant I was getting whatever was on the menu for $10. However, I was shocked to find out I was charged $16 for the plate and went to ask after I saw the charge and the person at the counter said that by plate he meant the lunch plate not the small plate. It was only my second time here, so I didn't know the difference, and it was not listed on the menu. I feel like I should've been informed of that ahead of time and was a bit disappointed since the poke was too salty. The first time I had come, I got the combo plate with steak and chicken. The steak was too salty as well, but the chicken was tender and well flavored. The hurricane fries are good too, also just a tad bit too salty. I also wish they would have more than two small slices of pineapple on their plate."
"Our first time trying this place and it did not disappoint. The loco moco and coconut shrimp were delicious. We will be back to try hurricane fries."
