"My online order was wrong and the sandwiches I ordered were a complete mess. These are two separate sandwiches."

"The assistant manager I guess was working alone today. Not only did she tell everyone who came in it would be a 15-minute wait she told everyone the bread was stale. We waited 30 minutes for her to finish the bread, take the fresh bread out of the oven, and she still gave us the stale bread after putting all the fresh bread away. It was flaky and dry and tasted horrible. She said that she would give us a free cookie for my son because we waited so long, but she still charged us for a cookie. I think she might have had some serious mental issues. We double-checked with the bread because it looked horrible and she said it was still fresh. The tomatoes were soggy and disgusting so we skipped tomatoes on our sandwich. She said all of them were that way and tried to give them to us and we said no. While we were there three people left the store, we should have left too!!! This was most horrible experience I've ever had at a subway!!!"

"Got 3 sandwiches today .. didn't even ask for lettuce - it was brown ( should have been my first clue to walk out), but when I got home everything was not right and off tasting .. I'm guessing the worker didn't have cold temperatures right! From veggies to meat and cheese... Worst ever!!! We all tossed the food in fear of food poisoning! Tried to call and no one answered!"

"Subway is always a good alternative to most fast food. My last order at this location was taken, made, and paid to the same person during lunch hours. It appeared she was alone. The person preparing my food did a great job. However, I do believe this location should have more employees on hand ad items that are self seve were not stocked fully or nonexistent. I do not blame the server but the management staff for not having adequate staff during lunch hours."

"Here at 11:30am on a Thursday 2/22. The young lady here has zero manners and lacks any customer service skills. She makes you feel as if you’re bothering that you’re in the restaurant. She has a smart mouth attitude and would be better suited cleaning the bathroom not serving people."
